it deserves its 3 stars. also, we were 3 km from our favourite spot shinjuku omoide yokocho. satisfied with breakfast's price - 1000 jpy per person. very clean rooms.

very close to oiwa mizukake kannon, 10 minutes' walk to yotsuya train station. the location was 1 mile to yasukuni shrine.
